Allen Voss was raised on a small farm in Linn, MO, in Osage County. He graduated from State Technical College of Missouri with an Associate Degree in Design Drafting. After working a short time in the building industry he continued his education and later graduated Lincoln University with a degree in Agriculture. He worked in the western US as a Range Conservationist, and throughout North Missouri in several positions with USDA before settling in the Cooper County Area in 1988. Since then until his retirement in 2016 he managed the Cooper County Natural Resources Conservation Service office, as well as the Howard County office since 1997. He hopes to transfer his knowledge of building and his experience working with private landowners in the Cooper and Howard County areas to clients interested in selling or purchasing properties in the area.
Marion Weber was born in Forest Green, Missouri and has lived in the Salisbury and Glasgow areas all his life. He has been in the residential and commercial construction remodeling business for 42 years and has had his own business for 36 years, in addition to owning and operating other businesses during that time. Erin Witte joined United Country-Crowley Realty and became part owner with her father & brother in 2006.
